Pressure washing
(All pressure washing services have a minimum charge of £150.00 for surface areas under 30m2 in size.)
Block paving - £5.50 per m2
Decking - £5.00 per m2
Patio - £5.00 per m2
Sodium hypochlorite treatment for algae, lichen and black spot - £1.00 per m2
Kiln dried sand replacement for block paving - £2.00 per m2
Gutter clearing
1st and 2nd story £5.00 per metre
3rd and 4th story - £6.00 per metre
5th story - £8.00 per metre
Box gutters and roof valleys - £7.00 per metre
Minimum charges apply.
Gutter exterior, fascia and soffit and cladding cleaning - £5.00 per metre.
(Minimum charge - £60.00 for under 12 metres of uPVC)
Super deal - £3.50 per metre when having gutters cleared.
Gutter repairs - Minimum charge is £65.00. Prices vary depending on amount of repairs and materials needed.
Conservatory cleaning - From 75.00
Roof moss removal - £6.50 per m2 (minimum charge of £195.00 for under 30m2)
Biocide application- £6.50 per m2
Sodium Hypochlorite application- £5.50 per m2
(Minimum charge of £165.00 for treatments to surface areas under 30m2)
Render cleaning - £4.50 per m2. Minimum charge of £90.00 for under 20m2
Mechanical sweeping - £4.50 per m2 . Minimum charge of £90.00 for under 20m2
Solar panel cleaning - £6.00 per panel with a minimum charge of £60.00
Guano removal - bespoke pricing.
