We understand that times are financially hard for most. Therefore we aim to keep our pricing as cost effective as possible, while maintaining the highest cleaning standards.
Minimum charges apply to all services below
Pressure washing
Block paving - £5.50 per m2
Decking - £5.00 per m2
Patio - £5.00 per m2
Sodium hypochlorite treatment for algae, lichen and black spot - £2.00 per m2
Kiln dried sand replacement for block paving - £2.00 per m2
Gutter clearing - Using either a domestic or commercial gutter vacuum with an inspection camera. We also carry a selection of ladders on board, to enable us to be able to assess the functionality of the guttering. Any leaks or damage will recorded and reported back to you. This assessment is included in the price of your gutter clearance and repairs are to be quoted for separately after your assessment.
1st and 2nd story £5.00 per metre
3rd and 4th story - £6.00 per metre
5th story - £8.00 per metre
Box gutters and roof valleys - £7.00 per metre
Gutter repairs - Minimum charge is £75.00. Prices vary depending on amount of repairs and materials needed.
Gutter exterior, fascia and soffit and cladding cleaning - £5.00 per metre.
Conservatory cleaning including the roof - From 85.00
Roof moss removal - £7.50 per m2
Biocide application- £7.50 per m2
Render cleaning - £5.00 per m2
Mechanical sweeping - £5.00 per m2 .
Solar panel cleaning - £6.00 per panel with a minimum charge of £60.00
Guano removal - bespoke pricing.
